Software Usage Terms

  1. License Grant: Define the scope of the license given to users, whether it's a subscription or a one-time purchase, and any usage restrictions.
  2. Prohibited Activities: List activities that are not allowed, such as reverse engineering, unauthorized distribution, or illegal use of the software.
  3. Termination of Service: Explain the conditions under which a user’s access to the software might be terminated (e.g., violation of terms).

Limitation of Liability

  1. No Warranty: Clearly state that the software is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  2. Liability Cap: Set a maximum amount for which RF!Bite could be held liable in case of damages or losses incurred by the user.
  3. Indemnification: Require users to indemnify RF!Bite against any claims arising from their misuse of the software.
